Herald in charge of heraldic education; oversees the instruction of members of the College of Heralds of Calontir, and ensures the minimum expected knowledge levels are met; coordinates with Royal University of Scyr Hafoc (RUSH) for inclusion of heraldry classes; interfaces with instructors.
