Presented here is information on completing submissions forms, an explanation of the submission process, data on current fees, and current submission forms for use in Calontir.
 

Fee Summary

Current Submission Fees:    $9 per element. 
Each of these is a separate element: 
Name, Device, Badge, Name Change, Device Change, Alternate Name

If submitting directly to Saker, all of the $9  per element is sent.
If going through a local group, the group may keep $2 per element and forward $7 per element to Saker. 

Checks should be made out to:  SCA, Inc - Kingdom of Calontir/Heralds

Name Submission: 
2 copies of name form.

PLUS

2 copies of any supporting documentation.

Device/Badge Submission: 
3 colored copies of device/badge form 
PLUS
1 non-colored (line drawing only) copies of device/badge form
